Typical happening in my life: spaghetti squash marinara is one of my go-to weeknight dinners because it’s incredibly easy, and I can cook 90% of it while doing workouts in my living room. I’ve been devastated lately because spaghetti squash is in limited supply in all my neighborhood grocery stores (just another reason I hate winter), so in an effort to revive this incredibly easy dish before summer hits, I went to FOUR grocery stores this weekend searching for spaghetti squash. There are certain things I consider to be quintessential to adulting, and fancy kitchen utensils and appliances are at the top of the list. I wish I could have a registry without getting married or having a child so people will just buy me all the random kitchen things I don’t need, namely: grapefruit spoons, the pasta attachment for the Kitchen Aid, and reusable chopsticks.
